Jalen Hurts has spent most of the season making headlines for what he does on the field. But as the Eagles quarterback wrapped up another successful year, a casual off-field moment briefly grabbed attention online and showed a different side of the Super Bowl MVP.
On December 30, Hurts appeared in an Instagram video posted by fitness influencer and reality TV personality Jacklyn Romano. The short clip showed the two standing together in matching tennis-style outfits, relaxed and smiling. It was a simple moment, but it quickly caught the attention of Eagles fans during a season filled with wins and milestones.

In the video, Hurts wore a sleeveless gray workout shirt, white shorts, white sneakers, and a black cap, with a towel over his shoulder. Romano was dressed in an all-white fitted athletic outfit, paired with white sneakers and sunglasses. The clip played to the song “Upside Down (Original CHIC Mix),” giving it a laid-back feel. Romano captioned the post with a clear nod to Hurts’ team, writing, “Go birds, Philadelphia Eagles, ������.”
The timing of the post stood out, coming during one of the strongest stretches of Hurts’ career. Hurts capped the year with a dominant performance on the biggest stage. He led Philadelphia to a 40-22 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX on February 9 and was named Super Bowl MVP. Earlier in the season, Hurts shared a glimpse into his approach with a post on Instagram. He wrote “mindset over everything” and added the hashtag “BREEDOF1” on September 6. That message became a stong theme for a year backed by focus and consistency.
Romano has built her own profile outside of sports. She appeared on Peacock’s dating series Love Undercover and runs two businesses, Bikinis by Jacklyn and Jacklyn Fit Studio. Her social media presence centers on fitness, fashion, and lifestyle content.
Hurts has also drawn attention for his fashion choices. Early in the 2025 season, he showed off the Air Jordan 11 “H-Town” at the opening of Jordan Brand’s first U.S. World of Flight store on October 10. The Houston-inspired sneaker was released on November 22 as part of the brand’s celebration of 30 years of the Air Jordan 11, first worn by Michael Jordan during the 1995 NBA playoffs.
