Adams proposed to Villarreal in 2017 during a trip to the Bahamas. She later shared on Instagram that the proposal took place during what she believed was a photoshoot. They married in 2018 at Pebble Beach in Monterey County, California.

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Daija Leigh, in September 2019. Their second daughter, Dezi Lynn, was born in April 2022. In April 2024, Adams announced that Villarreal was expecting their third child, a baby boy, in an Instagram post shared on Dezi’s birthday.
