Who is Jalen Milroe's girlfriend? Inside the Seahawks rookie’s private relationship as his NFL journey gains momentum

Seattle Seahawks rookie Jalen Milroe entered the NFL draft in 2025, with excitement already attached to his name after a productive college run at Alabama. In the third round, he joined the Seahawks, despite already signing Sam Darnold and Drew Lock, signaling plans to use Milroe creatively rather than rush his development.

In addition to his performance on the field, the QB’s personal life and his relationship with Hannah Rimkus have also been a subject of attention for fans. Unlike Milroe, not much is known about his girlfriend, who does not seem to be interested in the fanfare that comes with being associated with the popular Seahawks QB.

Away from football, Milroe keeps his personal life mostly out of the public eye. He is in a relationship with Hannah Rimkus, whom he calls Elise. Fans first started to know about them when she appeared publicly through an Instagram birthday post in early 2023. Milroe wrote, “It’s all about the person you can be your self with… I found that. Happy Born day to you Elise”.


Since then, the couple has remained private, with limited social media presence and quiet support for each other. According to her Facebook profile, Rimkus holds a nursing degree from the University of Alabama, the same school where Milroe built his football foundation. Originally from Illinois, she completed her studies in 2022 and has stayed largely out of the spotlight.

Rimkus's mother, Mariel, runs a Pilates studio that promotes wellness and positivity on Facebook, while her father, David, works in finance and holds degrees from the University of Chicago and Illinois State University. Her family background reflects a mix of wellness and professional success, while maintaining a low-key, grounded living away from paparazzi.

It is a great time to be Milroe right now because, in addition to his adorable relationship with Rimkus, he is already part of a Seahawks team heading to the Super Bowl. Eleven years after their last meeting, Seattle and New England will face off again on the league’s biggest stage on February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in California.
