Drew and Natalie’s relationship began in 2019, the same year he entered the NFL. They made their relationship public later that year, In February 2022, Lock proposed, and the couple married on April 2, 2023, at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida. Less than a year later, their lives changed again with the arrival of their first child. Drew and Natalie welcomed their son, Layton Andrew Lock, on January 15, 2024. Natalie shared the moment publicly with a message that captured the emotion of becoming a parent. “The sweetest little boy is finally in our arms & we are so in love! Our hearts are forever full ... & to make this day even more special, he arrived on my grandma’s birthday. Our biggest blessing!”

In December 2025, the family grew again when they welcomed their daughter, Landry Isabela Lock. The couple announced her birth, writing, “Our perfect little girl ��.”
Natalie is often seen supporting Lock on game days and online, where she has called him the “best dad in the world.” On their first wedding anniversary, Lock reflected on how much his life had changed.“I can’t believe it’s been a year since you became a Lock," he wrote. "I can say with honesty this has been the best year of my life! You’ve brought so much joy and happiness to me and it only got better with the addition of our little guy! ... I can’t see this life without you two and that will never change.”
