Anna Kane continued, “Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me.”
When Anna Kane filed the lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in December 2023, the revelations were shocking. In the lawsuit, the ex wife of Evander Kane alleged that Sean “Diddy” Combs, his associate Harve Pierre and an unnamed man sexually assaulted her when she was a minor in 2008.
In 2008, when Anna Kane was only 17, she was approached by Harve Pierre at a nightclub where he introduced her to Sean “Diddy” Combs. He then proposed to her to fly to New York to meet Sean and 17 year old Anna Kane had agreed to this.

In the lawsuit, Anna Kane has alleged that she was forced to perform oral sex on Harve Pierre and once they landed in New York, they went to meet Sean at Daddy’s House Recording Studio where the three men sexually assaulted Anna after they forced her to take drugs and drink alcohol.
When the lawsuit was filed, Sean denied all allegations and said, “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being supposed. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
Anna Kane married Evander Kane in 2018 but divorced in 2021 when she accused him of gambling and being abusive.
