Tennis star Carlos Alcaraz and actor Tom Holland sparked excitement among fans after discussing a potential golf match during the actor's visit to Wimbledon on Tuesday. The conversation occurred during Alcaraz's practice session before his quarterfinal match against Cameron Norrie, which he won 6-2, 6-3, 6-3.
The two-time defending Wimbledon champion engaged in a friendly conversation with the Spider-Man actor, who was present to watch the practice session.

"Tom! I saw you playing golf as well. Good swing, good swing, eh?" Alcaraz said in the video, to which Holland immediately responded, "We should play!"
Alcaraz later expressed his enthusiasm about the potential golf match to reporters. "Once we set up a match on golf, I just go for it. I saw him playing sometimes. There are some videos of him playing golf. I would say he could beat me. But yeah, I would love to play against him. It would be such an honour. I'll try to set it up in these two days when I have a bit of time. Let's see if he's available—and we'll tee it up."
Holland, a known tennis enthusiast, was previously spotted at the BNP Paribas Open final at Indian Wells with Zendaya, where Alcaraz emerged victorious.
Before any golf plans materialize, Alcaraz faces a crucial Wimbledon semi-final match against America's Taylor Fritz. Fritz secured his spot in the semi-finals after defeating Karen Khachanov 6-3, 6-4, 1-6, 7-6(4).
The possibility of an Alcaraz-Holland golf match has generated significant interest among fans, alongside the anticipation for the upcoming tennis semi-final. Fans on social media were buzzing after the rare crossover between Tennis and Hollywood.
