2024's Top Earners: Contrasting the Incomes of Adam Sandler and Roman Reigns

WWE superstar Roman Reigns is perhaps the highest-earning active wrestler at the moment. At the time of writing, various sources put Roman Reigns’ net worth at around $20 million. Annually Reigns earns around $5 million through his contract with WWE. Furthermore, the Original Tribal Chief also has endorsement deals with Nike and C4 Energy. It is hard to say exactly how much money Reigns made in 2024.

But, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash estimates that Reigns earned around $15 million this year. This figure surpasses the combined salary of WWE’s locker room from 1993. While this is by no means a small amount, it doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of how much money a Hollywood A-Lister like Adam Sandler makes per year.

In 2023, Sandler was the highest-paid actor in Hollywood and made a total of $73 million that year. Sandler was able to make this much money through his multiple movie projects and comedy tours. While there are no official accounts of how much money Sandler made in 2024, we can get a good idea if we take a look at his earnings from the previous year.

Will Roman Reigns Ever Be Able to Reach the Figures Adam Sandler Sits On?

Reigns is the biggest wrestler that the world has seen in a very long time. While he is undoubtedly making a lot of money it will be extremely difficult for him to reach the realm of Adam Sandler. For Reigns to do that, he will have to branch out and dabble in Hollywood, where there is more money to be made.

Reigns has already begun to pick up more movie projects and is starring in the film “The Pickup,” which is set to be released this year. If his upcoming movie does well we can expect Reigns to pick up more projects throughout the years. We might even see Reigns follow a similar career path to his cousin Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. However, for the time being, Reigns is focused on his career in the WWE and will reign supreme as their biggest superstar for the foreseeable future. The Original Tribal Chief has reclaimed his Ula Fala, the next step would be to move his focus towards the Undisputed WWE Championship.
