3 Brock Lesnar WWE Matches That Should Have Happened Before His Name Officially Came Up in Janel Grant Lawsuit

Fans would have wanted to see Brock Lesnar square off against some of the top single stars of WWE's modern era before his removal from television due to his involvement in the Vince McMahon Janel Grant lawsuit.

Brock Lesnar was a box-office attraction for WWE for many years. However, the fans have not seen the Beast Incarnate since his epic showdown with Cody Rhodes at the 2023 WWE SummerSlam Premium Live Event. Lesnar was taken off television due to being involved in the high-profile Vince McMahon-Janel Grant sex trafficking and sexual misconduct case.

The former WWE Champion recently came up officially in the amended complaint filed by Ms Grant, which makes his return to WWE more unlikely. However, there are at least three in-ring showdowns that the fans would possibly have liked to witness between Lesnar and new generation stars before he was removed from WWE TV:

3. Solo Sikoa

Solo Sikoa has seen an incredible rise as a top-tier singles star in WWE in 2024. He led the charge of the new Bloodline following Roman Reigns's loss at WrestleMania 40 and became a top attraction on SmackDown. Sikoa still carried the ruthlessness that he had before and took things to the next level last year. This Solo Sikoa would have proven to be a top opponent for Brock Lesnar today and could have benefitted a lot from an encounter with one of the best combat athletes in sports.

2. Bron Breakker

Bron Breakker has emerged as a dominant force of nature in WWE since his call-up to Monday Night RAW last year. Moreover, many have argued that Breakker rise has been similar to that of a young Brock Lesnar and has all the potential to become 'The Next Big Thing.' The current Intercontinental Champion would have displayed an excellent showing against The Beast if he had got the chance with this clash of the behemoths possibly becoming a blockbuster showdown.

1. Gunther

Gunther is reigning on the Monday Night RAW mountain as the World Heavyweight Champion. The Ring General's rise to the top has been spectacular, with him being a champion for almost 70% of his WWE career and having lengthy and record-setting title reigns. Furthermore, WWE had reportedly planned for Gunther to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 40, with the program slated to begin at the 2024 Royal Rumble PLE with Lesnar's return. However, it was just before that Lesnar's name came up in the Vince McMahon Janel Grant, and the WWE Universe nearly missed out on this epic encounter between Gunther and Brock Lesnar.
