Carlito is already thinking about how he wants to end his wonderful career. During an interview with Chris Van Vliet, he revealed how he wants to end his remarkable career by choosing Dominik Mysterio as his last opponent, probably in a hair match. Along with this, Carlito also showed some loyalty towards the WWE industry and wants to end his career with the company.

Carlito made a full-time return to WWE in 2023 after taking a long break from the industry and he quickly adjusted himself to Judgment Day. The third-generation wrestler has had various ups and downs in his entire career of almost two decades.

Recently, Carlito gave an interview in a podcast with Chris Van Vliet on a live episode of “Insight with Chris Van Vliet” during which he examined his recent WWE run and even thought about the prospect of his last match within the company. The former Intercontinental Champion offered some entertaining thoughts on how he might choose to conclude his remarkable career.


"You know, I haven't thought that far ahead. You know what it'd probably be? It'd be a hair match, like hair vs something, hair vs mustache against Dominik [Mysterio]. Yeah, and then maybe I'll get my head shaved and ride off into the sunset." (Via Insight with Chris Van Vliet/Wrestling Inc)


Carlito Wants to Stay Loyal Towards WWE During The Last Phase of His Career


WWE Fans waited a lot for Carlito to come back to WWE, and the wrestling landscape transformed in various ways when he was gone. The former Intercontinental Champion questioned AEW, and he explained why he didn’t track a spot on the roster. He said:


"I have a thing with loyalty. I've only ever been a WWE guy, I always kind of liked it, being a one company guy. As long as they'll have me, I think I'll always try to stay loyal to WWE as long as I could. And honestly, I'd like to end my career with them." (Via Insight with Chris Van Vliet/Wrestling Inc)
