The hearing, originally scheduled for an earlier date, is now set for November 6 at 8:30 AM in Highlands County Court.Lee has filed a waiver of appearance, allowing her attorney to attend on her behalf. Lee was arrested in May 2023 and charged with DUI, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. (via PW Insider)

As per the same report by Officer P.J. Roberts, he first noticed a gray Kia Soul facing the wrong direction in a northbound lane. The vehicle continued driving erratically, crossing lanes and nearly colliding with a guard rail.

Following a short chase, Officer Roberts identified Kimber Lee, noting she had bloodshot, watery eyes and slurred speech. Despite attempts to de-escalate the situation, Lee repeatedly tried to leave. When Officer Roberts attempted to detain her, she struck him in the chest and resisted as he tried to place her in handcuffs, ultimately injuring him. Intoxication was evident, and a subsequent breathalyzer test indicated a blood alcohol level of .140, well above Florida’s legal limit of .08.

On July 7, 2023, Lee entered a plea of not guilty to all charges and waived her right to a speedy trial, citing financial limitations that prevented her from securing legal representation. The charges for resisting an officer with violence and battery against a law enforcement officer, both third-degree felonies, could each lead to a maximum five-year prison sentence.

The charges against Lee, if proven, could result in a maximum five-year prison sentence for each of the felony counts. She has entered a plea of not guilty and waived her right to a speedy trial.

Additionally, before this arrest, Lee had publicly announced her retirement from professional wrestling through social media. Nevertheless, she participated in two singles matches at GalaxyCon in June 2023. For now, we await further updates on the outcome of Kimber Lee’s legal situation and her future.
