The Ruler took down The Beast and stood tall over him before pointing to the WrestleMania 42 sign. Later that night, it was announced that Brock Lesnar would compete against Oba Femi at WrestleMania 42.

According to multiple reports by outlets like Fightful and Sportskeeda, Brock Lesnar's retirement match has been planned for the 2026 SummerSlam event. The show is set to take place in his hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota, which can be seen as the perfect place for his send-off. Moreover, another report has stated that he has told the WWE creative that he did not want to lose any match leading up to his retirement.
