WWE SmackDown prepares for quarterfinal of King and Queen of the ring event

NEW DELHI: This week on WWE SmackDown, the Blue brand gears up for the King & Queen of the Ring event with a contract signing and exciting quarterfinal matches. The finals of both the King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments are set to crown new wrestling royalty.

The night will kick off with a contract signing between Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Logan Paul for their championship match at King & Queen of the Ring. Paul was announced as Rhodes' next opponent in a previous episode.

In the King of the Ring quarterfinals, LA Knight will face Tama Tonga. Knight advanced by defeating Santos Escobar, and he faces a tough challenge against Tonga, especially with The Bloodline possibly influencing the match.


Another exciting quarterfinal match will see Randy Orton taking on Carmelo Hayes. Orton recently defeated AJ Styles in a thrilling match to advance, while Hayes defeated Baron Corbin to earn his spot.

In the Queen of the Ring quarterfinals, Jade Cargill will battle Nia Jax, and Bianca Belair will face Tiffany Stratton. These matches feature a clash of generations, pitting veterans against up-and-comers and showcasing the future of professional wrestling while honoring the past.
