Domestic TV-brand Vu Televisions has expanded its portfolio with the launch of the new Vu Cinema TV 2024 Edition. The Vu Cinema TV 2024 boasts improved features, better design and starts under Rs 30,000. These new Vu TVs also feature proprietary 50W tube speakers placed at the back of the TV to offer enhanced voice clarity for dialogues and sound effects. For connectivity, the TV supports AirPlay for iPhone users to connect their smartphones to their Vu Cinema TV.
Vu Cinema TV 2024 Edition: Price and availability
The new Vu Cinema TV 2024 comes in two sizes - 43 inches for Rs.25,999 and 55 inches for Rs.34,999 respectively. Apart from India, the Vu Cinema TV 2024 will also be available in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain) and Africa, to cater to a global audience.
In India, the Vu Cinema TV 2024 will be available on Flipkart and retailers across India starting from April 23 at 12 noon.
Vu Cinema TV 2024 Edition: Key specs
These new TV sets feature Dolby Audio-tuned 50W, our Side Tube Speakers for an enhanced audio experience. Vu Cinema TV 2024 edition sports a 4K IPS display with up to 400 nits of peak brightness. The company claims that the TV visuals will adjust according to the surrounding lighting.
Vu Cinema TV 2024 models also come with features that improve shared viewing. These TVs support voice commands for convenient searching and run webOS that is equipped with 1000+ apps, including Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and more.
Using voice search and dedicated streaming app buttons, users can quickly navigate through their entertainment selections. The remote of the Vu Cinema TV 2024 models will also include a hotkey labelled "MOVIES." When pressed, it will bring all movie content from various platforms onto one screen.
Vu Cinema TV 2024 is even compatible with Apple AirPlay, allowing iPhone, iPad and MacBook owners to stream content from their phones directly to the big screen. With two-way Bluetooth capabilities, users can also play music from their mobile device to the TV's speakers. Furthermore, these TVs also support dual-band Wi-Fi capabilities.
