Dell announces Alienware x16 R2 gaming laptop with Intel Core Ultra processors and Nvidia RTX 4090GPU, price starts at Rs 2,89,990

Dell Technologies and Alienware have launched the highly anticipated Alienware x16 R2 in India. The gaming laptop comes equipped with the latest-generation processor, graphics and AI capabilities.

The Alienware x16 R2 will hit the shelves on April 25, 2024, available for purchase through Dell Exclusive Stores (DES), Dell.com, Amazon India website, larger format retail, and multi-brand outlets. The price of the laptop starts at Rs 2,86,990.

The Alienware x16 R2 is equipped with the latest Intel Core™ Ultra CPU on the X series that claims to provide AI efficiencies and unique experiences for gamers and creators. It boasts the most advanced Cryo-tech thermal management system ever on an Alienware device, featuring Vapor Chamber technology and Element 31 thermal interface material, ensuring optimal temperature balance during intense gaming sessions.

The laptop is powered by up to Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 185H CPU, delivering up to a 41% performance increase and a 1.9x increase in battery life compared to similar models since 2021. With support for dedicated graphics power of up to 175W and Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, the Alienware x16 R2 offers AI-accelerated performance for graphics rendering and editing prowess.

In terms of display, the Alienware x16 R2 features a 16:10 aspect ratio, providing an enhanced field of view without compromising on-screen performance. It includes a 240Hz refresh rate display, ensuring faster response time and reduced blur for an immersive gaming experience. Additionally, the FHD camera now features IR for facial recognition and HDR for clear camera performance in various lighting conditions.
