Oppo launches Diwali Edition of Reno14 5G smartphone at Rs 39,999

Oppo has launched a Diwali Edition of its Reno14 5G smartphone in India. The company said the special edition features a design inspired by Indian cultural motifs and includes heat-sensitive colour-changing technology. Oppo Reno14 5G Diwali Edition is available in an 8GB + 256GB variant priced at Rs 39,999. The company has announced a festive offer that reduces the price to Rs 36,999 across retail stores, Oppo’s e-store, Flipkart, and Amazon.

Oppo Reno14 Diwali edition features

The phone’s design includes a mandala, peacock, and flame-shaped accents. Oppo said the black-and-gold palette represents the festival’s theme of light overcoming darkness. The back panel uses GlowShift Technology, which changes colour with body temperature, turning from black to gold.



The device includes an aerospace-grade aluminium frame, Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and All-Round Armour architecture with Sponge Bionic Cushioning. It is 7.42mm thick, weighs 187g, and has IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance.


The 6.59-inch AMOLED display supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,200 nits brightness, and a 93% screen-to-body ratio.


Oppo Reno14 Diwali Edition has a 50MP main camera, 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and 50MP front camera. It supports 4K HDR video recording at 60fps and features Oppo’s Hypertone Imaging Engine with AI tools like AI Recompose, AI Best Face, and AI Eraser.


The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip, a 6,000mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, and runs on ColorOS 15 with GenAI integration for AI Translate, AI VoiceScribe, and other features.
