VERIFICATION AND METHODOLOGYUsing Google Chrome’s InVID extension, we broke the video into keyframes and then ran reverse-image search on them via Google.
The results led us to many news reports carrying visuals from this video.

post from Revolt, dated October 29, 2020, gave a detailed account of the incident that occurred in Calgary, Canada in 2017.
In December 2017, 26-year-old Dalia Kafi, a black woman, was arrested for violating a court-ordered 10 pm curfew. Kafi was pulled over by police constable Alex Dunn, arrested during the traffic stop and taken to the processing unit.
Surveillance footage from inside the police station showed Dunn’s violent interaction with Kafi. While she was standing against a wall to have her picture taken, the cop moved to yank off her headscarf and then slammed her to the ground face-first.
