After 18 years of talks, India’s biggest trade deal with Europe promises cheaper wines, easier exports — and carefully guarded red lines. Who gains the most?
After nearly two decades of stalled talks, India and the European Union have struck a trade deal that reshapes access to one of the world’s largest markets.
