30 acres, ₹3,750cr, grand old style: What Mumbai's new HC complex in Bandra will look like

The design for the new Bombay High Court complex, to come up on 30 acres in Mumbai's Bandra (East) at an estimated Rs 3,750 crore, has been selected and is being finalised.
The plan, submitted by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, was chosen by the high court’s steering committee through a competition, according to the public works department (PWD). The state cabinet had in June cleared free land transfer to the PWD, waiving Rs 31.8 crore.
