Neeraj Kumar, is a distinguished IPS officer, whose last assignment was as the Commissioner of Police, Delhi. In a career spanning thirty-seven years – nine of which were in the CBI - Kumar cracked several high profile cases and brought dreaded gangsters, economic offenders and terrorists to book. Under his leadership, in 2013, the Delhi Police unearthed the spot-fixing scandal of IPL 6. Penguin has published two books written by him namely 'Dial D for Don' and 'Khaki Files', which recall the famous cases he investigated. He is the main architect of the famous Netflix series ‘Delhi Crime’.
