Actors Teja Sajja and Priya Prakash Varrier will be sharing screen space for the first time in the Telugu remake of a Malayalam hit film 'Ishq.' Directed by ss raju, the Telugu remake is being bankrolled by NV Prasad, Paras Jain and Vakada Anjan Kumar under the banner Mega Super Good Films. Titled 'Ishq,' the film is all set to release in theatres on July 30.

Starring child actor-turned-hero Teja Sajja and Malayalam ‘wink’ sensation Priya Prakash Varrier as the lead pair, the youthful film is directed by ss raju with music composed by Mahati Swara Sagar and camera handled by Sam k. Naidu.

The 94-second trailer introduces Teja Sajja and Priya Prakash Varrier as young lovers who go on a long trip to celebrate the latter’s birthday. While everything seems to be fine and romantic, the couple gets targeted by two moral goons on prowl in the city.

The first look poster of Ishq features an intense-looking Teja standing behind a beautiful Priya Prakash. The tagline ‘not a love story’ with broken glass hints that the film is not a regular romantic story
