Word to the wise: Parking in Midtown is tricky, so arrive early by car or take MARTA to the Midtown stop and be prepared to walk a half mile.

People - both gay and straight - love Blake's because there are always hot shows and there's never a cover. Each night is themed, usually with a drag show that doesn't disappoint, and patrons rave that the drinks - served in plastic cups - are generously poured and cheap. There's a menu of food, but what's the point? This is a place for drinking and dancing.
While the drag shows go on downstairs (typically starting at 11pm, but check the webpage), the upstairs room and patio tends to attract quieter mingling.
