Al Safa is a large 64 hectare urban park located off interchange 2 on Sheikh Zayed Road, bordered by Al Wasl Road and Al Hadiqa Street. Ever since its establishment in 1975, the Al Safa Park has remained one of the oldest and popular parks in Dubai.
The park has four entrances, one from each road that borders it. The park is famous among joggers and walkers for its panoramic views. The large green park is divided into sections and play areas. In fact, the part resembles a mini-city, complete with small-scale roads, traffic lights, and signs for children.
A minimal entry fee of Dh.3 per person is charged. Apparently, there is a fee charged for using tennis courts. For Safe Park, working hours are between 8:00am and 11pm. Tuesday are specifically for ladies and children.
