Taking the leap of faith – being a first timer, my fears were valid. But once addicted, I kept returning to the Rio Colorado Bridge for bungee jumping, fetching more and more friends with positive reviews. The organisers are professionals who take care of very essential things, such as replacing the rope after a certain numbers of jumps, dismantling the set up for operational maintenance regularly. The cooler part is that they video record the entire bungee jump. Before you even recover from the bungee jump and are pulled back up, they hand you a movie of your valour (or cowardice, in my case, burnt on a dvd). What is quirkier is that they offer you a certificate of courage on completion of a successful jump. The most popular spot of this jump is, now an unused bridge. Rio Colorado, or river Colorado flows below the bridge. The locale is scenic and lush with ravines and green forests. The wait for it not too much, although on weekends, people are always waiting in queue for the experience.
