Their new Chef Sakphon Jornthaisong has introduced specialities like Steamed Fish with Lime, Coriander Prawn and Crab Cakes with plum sauce, Bokchoy & Green Asparagus and Pandanus Chicken. Many of the key ingredients like galangal, kaffir lime, chillies and pea aubergines are flown in directly from Thailand. The fresh catch of the day like white and red snapper, black and white Pomfret, grouper, lobster, scampi and crab is prepared for the customer, based on his/her liking of spice and taste by the Chef. For dessert, go ahead and order the Lemongrass & Pandanus Coconut Custard, you will be delighted with its subtle flavours. A must visit place for all Thai food lovers of Bangalore.
