The restaurant is already so inviting and the aroma of dishes being prepared will only add to your hunger pangs. Au Gratin follows the concept of ‘less meat more vegetables’. Dishes are freshly prepared on order using fresh products and menu here keeps changing on a weekly basis. When in Au Gratin you cannot escape thonsalat, one of their classic delicacies, which is served with rice or lentil salad accompanied by raspberry sauce. The owners take pride in the fact that most of their culinary delights are gluten-free.
