It is perhaps the most expensive restaurant on the list, but that doesn’t seem to stop people from coming here and dining, because it is is one of the best restaurants in all of Las Vegas. The atmosphere in general is rich, deep dark velvety colours with plush couches, sparkling chandeliers, and velvet curtains. Outside diners can enjoy the private terrace complete with lush green ivy, purple chairs, and an air of intimacy. People really come here for the 10 course tasting menu, that starts at $445 and is some of the best food in the world. The bread cart kicks off your meal, offering anywhere from 12-18 types of bread, along with slow churned butter and olive oil. Following the bread, are sophisticated tasters of what the chef has to offer, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. Wine pairing can also be included in this menu for an additional price. Expect unique touches, such as a tea cart loaded with fresh tea leaves in all sorts of flavours, used to soothe your bloated stomach from all the delicious food you ate. Dessert is a course on its own, so prepare to save a least a little room for some tiny tasters. Overall, this isn’t just a dinner, but a full foodie experience complete with a menu for you to take home.
