This restaurant hasn’t even been open for a year, and is also earning praises from everyone who dines here. It is located inside the Bellagio, and free reign was given to the chef, Ellamar, along with millions of dollars to create his dream restaurant. The farm to table principles are at the forefront of this restaurant’s beliefs and chef Ellamar works with producers all over the world to get the finest ingredients. The menu has a lot of small plates on it, ranging from Asian cuisine to French, and even a little Hawaiian. The cocktail menu is extensive, as is the wine menu, and the staff are knowledgeable on both. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with soft lighting, stone walls, and comfortable furnishings. One unique part of this restaurant is the snack and dessert wagons that come around. On board the snack wagons are small appetizers you can get (similar to dim sum style) without having to order, perfect for when you just sit down. Dessert carts are also pushed around to diners who aren’t looking for a large dessert but still want something sweet. Overall, Harvest is sophisticated, delicious, and has principles that everyone should get on board with.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
