Boom! Burgers

This wildly popular restaurant chain has just made its way to Sofia and everyone seems to love it, with good reason. Boom! Burgers offers just one thing on the menu—gourmet burgers with a variety of sides ranging from guacamole and salads to onion rings and fries. Burgers might be the only thing on the menu but they do know how to make them.
Boom! Burgers is different from other fast-food restaurants and in that it prides itself on the quality of ingredients and excellence of product. I have to say, the ‘gourmet’ claim is completely justified—these are some of the best burgers ever! There’s a large variety on offer—from Irish beef and fried chicken patties to vegetarian burgers laden with roasted peppers, aubergines and goat’s cheese. Their Big Poppa Burger and Classic Boom! Burger are the two most popular items on the menu. If you like your meals hot, try the uber-spicy Mother of Dragons burger. Expect to have tears streaming down your cheeks by the time you finish devouring it—don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Just like the menu, the ambience is minimalist and colourful. Expect to hear loud music from the 90s. There are a variety of cold drinks on the menu but its milkshakes, especially the Oreo variant, are legendary. One thing is for sure—at Boom! Burger, it’s very hard for someone to go hungry.
