Roy Salomon Caceres is the chef behind this incredible restaurant that deserves a visit when you are in Rome. Although he is Colombian born, he has been cooking Italian food for the past twenty years or so. Caceres likes to tell a story with his food, invoke memories within you, and really let you feel what you are eating, resulting in an amazing dining experience. The restaurant is gorgeous, with dark wood and soft lighting, and a modern yet unique feel and atmosphere. It is both warm and welcoming, so families are invited to enjoy. The menu boasts unique ingredients, as well as fan favourites and appetizers include things such as veal tongue, and raw tuna. Some of the most popular dishes here include the charcoal grilled lobster and artichoke, fish soup ravioli, and Eel from Comacchio. There is also an option to choose from the six course or ten course meal as well. The space is open and bright, the food is amazing, and the service is top-notch here at Metamorfosi.
