Several diners who have eaten at this not-so-fancy restaurant root for its fantastic fare. The ambiance of the eatery is permeated by the enticing aroma of the food being cooked by the pro chefs. The portions are just right The expansive menu features South Indian cuisine, special rice dishes and a variety of Himalayan and Nepali dishes, in addition to the standard Curries and Tandooris. Their tandoori chicken, naan, baigan bharta, chicken biryani, chicken curry, chicken tikka tandoori, lamb curry, chicken vindaloo and vegetable pakora are some of the few sublime options. One of the aspects worth appreciating about this place is that chef truly understands the meaning of the word "mild”, and that’s a great relief for guests who can’t stand spicy Indian food. Prompt, smart service and first-rate accompaniments reinstate that Himalaya Bistro is a go-to place for good dining experience.
