Bully has been operating in the city of Edmonton since 2012 and is one of the most popular food trucks in the city. You will easily be able to recognize them because of their bright orange color truck. The range of menu items available here invite people of all walks to try their amazing food and their signature dish that is the Bully Mac. Their home-made mac n cheese is topped with a creamy cheese sauce made of six different cheeses along with additional items such as lobster, pulled pork and peppercorn meatballs. Other favorite items include Billy Bomb, which combines Alberta beef, pork, bacon, bruschetta and mac n cheese in one humungous sandwich and the weaved whitefish and salmon burger.
