Well off the beaten track in a quiet residential area, this Italian eatery is in a lovely converted contemporary home. Small, intimate, and very charming—and run by passionate expat Nicola Bonazza—Enoteca has a real family feel.
Dishes here are hearty with some unusual flavour combinations, such as the salt-crusted barramundi with eggplant, caviar, and dried tomato, or the pan-fried langoustine in pancetta and herb butter. The wine list also packs a lot of power, especially for such an unassuming eatery—with over 70 vintages, the list covers nearly every region of Italy.
