However, the food is simply delicious and guaranteed fresh as the catch comes from the market across the road. Located in Govind Nagar in Village No 3, Golden Spoon can be easily missed as it is actually a really small shack with wooden tables and benches. However, the food is simply delicious and guaranteed fresh as the catch comes from the market across the road. Golden Spoon is a delight for seafood lovers and serves all kinds of fresh fish, prawns, lobsters and crabs cooked in simple styles. It serves some Israeli specialties as well to please the tourist community. The shack is famous for its grilled fish on banana leaves, served along with finger chips. Golden Spoon is thronged by backpackers, primarily Israelis and chances are that you may not get anything if you turn up later than seven in the evening!
