Chef/Owner Larry Stewart is the brains behind this incredible restaurant, located in the historic East Jasper district of Edmonton. The philosophy here is to provide guests with incredible contemporary Canadian cuisine, which is little different from the usual, using fine ingredients and unique techniques to create beautiful dishes that guests relish. Guests at the restaurant are free to walk into the kitchen at any time to speak to the chefs, take pictures and ask questions. You might not want to leave your table though as the dining room is absolutely breathtaking with brick walls and hanging chandeliers. The menu is just as amazing with plenty of options, including their popular crab crusted cedar plank salmon and the Alberta lamb rack. For an absolutely incredible experience, try dining at the Chef’s Table, smack in the middle of the kitchen where you will get personalised attention from the chef himself as well as a 5-course tasting menu paired with wines.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
