Located near the fort, Kuku Coffee Shop is an amazing little cafe that offers a stunning sunset view. It is a humble place with no posh chandeliers or any fancy trinkets. Just relax and be yourself. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious. If you have enough time, the hosts Deepak and Tony are always ready to chat. Engage in quick talks and you might get good insight on Jaisalmer and its food and culture. They would not hesitate to take you to their kitchen and show you how they prepare food. The owner is proud to serve real espresso coffee as opposed to instant coffee that most of the cafes serve these days. You must try their Rajasthani thali with various varieties of lassi that the cafe serves.
