After honing his talent at some of London's finest Michelin-starred restaurants, chef Tee Kachonklin returned to Thailand to share some of his newly acquired skills with his native Bangkok.
Foregoing a traditional menu and instead opting to supply a constantly changing taster menu to his diners, each of Tee's courses takes inspiration from two unlikely initial ingredients, such as piglet and lime, or duck and lemon balm. These are then transformed into exceptional dishes that marry traditional French cuisine with innovative Thai produce and flavour.
