The setting of this restaurant, tucked into the Bellagio Hotel is simply stunning, outfitted all in white décor and gleaming with beauty. It also happens to offer an amazing view over the lake and fountains outside the hotel and offers a patio space for outside dining. Make sure to spend some time looking at the impressive mosaic map of Milan that is 100-ft wide and 15-ft tall. What you won’t find here though is traditional Italian dining, instead Chef Julian Serrano focuses on small plates that offer innovation and imagination. Therefore, you will find here mini pizzas, salads, raw seafood, truffle-style mushrooms and a few classic Italian dishes. If you can’t snag a reservation here for dinner, they are open for lunch daily and they do offer a fantastic Sunday brunch that includes three courses.
