Woeser Bakery
Tucked neatly on Jogiwara Road, this bakery exudes the right amount of calm vibe that you expect from a place like Mcleodganj. Jimmy's Italian Kitchen
If you love Italian food, look no further than Jimmy’s Italian Kitchen. As you walk into this place, you are in for a delectable treat with their wide range of pizzas, pastas, paninis, waffles, pancakes, breads, salads, jacket potatoes along with a variety of coffee and shakes.
Tibet Kitchen
If you want to enjoy authentic Bhutanese and Tibetan dishes, this should be your go to place. As you browse their menu, you will find a lot of traditional Tibetan and Bhutanese dishes lined up here; do gorge on ema datschi, thentuk, shepta (roasted lamb slices), shabalay, gundruk sadeko (spinach tossed in spices), steamed/fried momos, thukpas and more. Norling
It’s not like any plush restaurant but once you have enjoyed a meal here, you will understand why it’s always not about judging a book by its cover. One can swear by the delectable Tibetan food found here; a look at its menu will offer you a glimpse of a variety of momos, meat pies, thukpas, mutton bhaklab, and other delicious dishes. Often visited by Buddhist monks, you can strike a conversation with them and enjoy your food like never before.
Nick's Italian Kitchen
Located in close proximity to the central square in Mcleodganj, Nick’s Italian Kitchen will surprise you with their desserts. Plus, the great variety of Italian dishes with extra pops of flavours and cheese will make you forget that your stomach has gotten full. Moonpeak
It’s one of the oldest food joints that you will find in the town, and is known for its great menu. Situated near the Dalai Lama Temple, it’s like visiting more than one place in one go. Choose your seat, relax, and then browse through their menu. Although you will find that this food joint is more about shakes, fresh juices, and serves the best coffee in town, don’t miss the Himachali Thali here. Other than its great food, the other highlight of this place is that it has always been an ideal place to meet people from various backgrounds.
Lung Ta
Are you a sushi lover? If yes then Lung Ta is the place that you should definitely visit when in Mcleodganj. This place boasts of a vibrant set up, and offers the best sushi on your plate.
