Taj is located in the centre of the town in Subhash Chowk, the main market of Palampur. Do not judge it by its exteriors; walk up to the second floor, from where the views are simply amazing. The lush green cover makes you forget that you are sitting in the middle of a crowded bazaar. Some of their specialities include keema naan and chilly lemon chicken. There are some local dishes such as home-style green moong lentils on their menu that usually are not served in the restaurants. Courteous staff, fresh delicious food and quick service are what I recommend Taj for.
