Perched on the edge of Morjim Beach, Sublime is famous for its innovative fusion cuisine. Expect creatively presented and quirky combinations which taste as good as they sound: yellow fin tuna bhel with tropical fruit salsa; sun dried tomato and kaffir lime leaf risotto with calamari, asparagus, tomato confit and coriander arioli; and filo pastry bon-bons with chocolate sauce, ice cream and almonds. The casual vibe and picture-perfect sea views compliment the fine dining. Sublime has a special, kid-friendly menu and homemade ice creams and sorbets.
