House of Lloyds began as a hole in the wall garage on Calangute that gained fame for its lip-smacking grills and barbecues. This spacious second outlet is located inside the owner’s Portuguese-style house, and comprises of a bar, restaurant, open grill and dance floor. The drinks menu has several delicious cocktails, made with lemon grass, tamarind and fresh fruit which pair well with the restaurant’s signature starters like stuffed crab, Goan roast pork and apple salad, and the date and walnut bacon roll. However, Lloyds still remains best-known for its BBQ: long-time favourites include beef steaks, pork chops, and char-grilled kingfish.
