What’s missing from a lot of great bars in Asia is a great publican. That is not an issue for Che Culo—the bar’s owner Nick (brains behind the bars fantastic menu and delicious drinks’ list) is a larger than life character, who is usually around to have a chat and make you feel very welcome.
Why go?
Great small plates from a changing menu, great cocktails and a damn good vibe.
