This tiny joint is located next to a chapel in Ribandar (between Panjim and Old Goa) and comes alive every evening. It serves delicious buff pav with a salad of vinegar-soaked cabbage and onions on the side. Their other dishes worth trying out include chicken cafreal and buff chilly fry, both of which are full of flavour and spice. To get to Texeira’s, drive down the road from Panjim along the Mandovi river, until a small chapel at the road junction in Ribandar.
