Compared to many of Dubai’s more frenzied brunch experiences, Thai Kitchen’s version of the Friday ritual is remarkably low key. Diners usually take up residence in the courtyard, which feels blissfully lazy, thanks to a host of swaying palm trees and a pristine view of the Creek.
The brunch here is a la carte, though still unlimited, and an army of friendly waiters usually make the ordering process easy by bringing out everything there is on the menu. A zingy rendition of papaya salad starts the proceedings, which move on to include all the best hits in Thailand’s culinary repertoire.
