The timelessly elegant Banyan Tree Hotel has been around long enough to see Bangkok’s rise as an internationally popular travel destination: the hotel’s now famous Vertigo Restaurant & Moon Bar were originally one of the city’s first rooftop joints. Located high up on the 61st floor, Vertigo and Moon Bar are spacious venues featuring 360 degree views of the surrounding city. While this mesmerising vista doesn’t come cheap, prices here are relatively comparable to Bangkok’s other rooftop bars.
