One of the best budget places for vacationers in Auroville, Green’s Guesthouse is a backpackers’ haven. Clean, airy, AC/non-AC rooms with attached washrooms and services like Wi-Fi access, laundry (you can use their washing machine for just INR 50!), vegan food on request makes it quite popular. It is also one of the few pet-friendly accommodations in the region. Green’s Guesthouse is perfect for those looking for a long term (a month or more) stay facility and are volunteering in Auroville for it is quite close to the main facility centre for visitors.
