Recently, this bar was voted as one of the best cocktail bars in the world! The location, the building it’s housed in doesn’t breathe arrogance, it hasn’t even got its name outside. If you are looking for a true cocktail bar, one where mixologists can make the best Old Fashioned in the city, where the trendy crowd comes to chat, where you can read books and listen to music, this is the place to be. The owner here had two things in mind when it was founded in 2008 — to play dirty rock and roll and serve exceptional cocktails. Inside you won’t find any fancy decorations, instead you will find a long bar with some of the best bartenders in the city. The patio which opens in the summer is small but offers enough seating for groups of friends to chit-chat or watch passersby. Food wise, the Milk Tiger Lounge offers small sharing plates until 11pm, all sourced locally.
