Ride up the leather-clad elevator to the 118th floor of the Ritz Carlton hotel for a vertigo-inducing experience at Ozone. One of the highest bars in the world (housed within one of the tallest hotels in the world), the rooftop bar and terrace is a design marvel—think gold and marble interiors, a 3D honeycomb ceiling, refracted glass walls, geometric bar stools and even a jagged rock garden made from leftover marble scraps—and offers the best views of the city (your eye can see as far as The Peak). It’s tempting to perch yourself within the stylish, design-heavy interiors, but we suggest you spend the evening at a corner table outdoors which will afford you a stunning 270-degree view. Order a funky cocktail (the Korean-Spanish mixologist is bound to surprise you with one of his deadly concoctions) and some delicious Asian tapas off the menu, and revel in your lofty position below the stars. Don’t forget to walk over to the edge and look through the set of binoculars located on the terrace—and zoom in for close-up views.
