Cat's Whiskers is one of several impressive boutiques around Jalan Telawi that offer chic, distinctive women's clothing and accessories at reasonable price points. The designers are mostly Southeast Asian, with a focus on party and dinner-wear, as well as a range of smart-casual pieces that can be dressed up or down. Clothing starts at RM 39 while accessories can be yours from RM 15.
