Polish photographer discovers a stunning new spot in the Himalayas

When it comes to the Himalayas, there really is no limit. One of the youngest mountain ranges in the world, it is a treasure trove for explorers, trekkers and those with a serious love for adventure. Still, the mountain range has secrets that are yet to be unearthed and a Danish photographer just proved it right.

David Kaszlikowski, a much-celebrated name in the world of mountain photography and also a recipient of a number of awards, recently stumbled upon an unbelievably new spot near a glacier in the Himalayas. David was reportedly scouting the area around a glacier near K2, using a drone, when he chanced upon the scene that looks out of this world. An unbelievable sight, nothing of the sort has been recorded before in the region.
David and his guide went off on a night hike to capture the spot in all its glory and waited for some perfect long exposure shots, before capturing what may be called as some of the most surreal shots of the range that the world has ever seen. The discovered spot has a mammoth 65 ft water pool around the glacier, making for a sight so surreal that it might just come across as a figment of the imagination.
